（七）瑞芯微rk3568 buildroot 添加编译好的脚本和二进制程序文件

本人想将自己编译的程序，融合到系统文件中。
进入board/rockchip/common/base 目录中，将自己的文件加入到对应目录中。比如自己的文件想要在/opt 下，就将文件放到/base目录中的/opt下。没有目录就创建目录。
此操作会让自己的文件添加到/opt下，注意不是覆盖，也就是，buildroot编译出的原有目录中的内容不会改变。
