java.nio.file.FileSystemException
描述
/usr/local/kafka/log/cleaner-offset-checkpoint: Too many open files
问题原因
kafka启动查看日志抛出异常，启动就关闭，主要是由于日志打开数量太多了
解决方案
临时解决办法：ulimit -n 102400
