1.scott User unlock
Sign in oracle :sqlplus / as sysdba
Enter the command ：alter user scott identified by tiger unlock;
2. Backup
First of all sysdba Log in to the database with permission
sqlplus / as sysdba
Find the directory where the control file is located
SQL> col name for a60
SQL> select name from v$controlfile;
Close the database
shutdown immediate;
Backup file
host copy F:\app\Administator\oradata\dog*.* D:\Backup
host copy F:\app\Administator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\database*.* D:\Backup
This backup is complete
Startup data startup

If the database crashes , After shutting down the database , You can put the backup in the original location , Start up , In this way, the database will be in the state before backup .
