*.info;mail.none;authpriv.none;cron.none /var/log/messages

If commented, close comment and restart

/bin/systemctl restart rsyslog.service

Is the service rsyslog service not started

Startup command

/bin/systemctl start rsyslog.service

After restarting, it is found that /var/log/messages already has logs

tail /var/log/messages
