此问题是因为惠普服务器中文环境导致的。网上大多数方法都是需要重新编译common-net 类，感觉很麻烦。偶然找到了一种不需要重编译common-net 的方法，亲测可用，代码下载：https://download.csdn.net/download/yingprince/10149251

方法如下：

1、工程添加UnixFTPEntryParser类。

2、工程添加FTPTimestampParserImplExZH类

3、程序调用。
