Biotinyl tyramide is a biotin derivative for tyramide signal amplification, used in immunohistochemical signal amplification and in situ hybridization experiments.Biotinyl tyramide is a reagent used in a catalytic reporter deposition (CARD) signal amplification protocol in a variety of immunoassays in which horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed deposition of biotin tyramide is detected with labeled streptavidin.
Biotinyl Tyramide is a widely used reagent for IHC signal amplification and fluorescence in situ hybridization (ISH).HRP catalyzes the local deposition of multiple biotin tyramide molecules (catalyzed reporter deposition, CARD), which can be detected using a labeled streptavidin conjugate.The localization of the deposits around the HRP resulted in good resolution.Suitable for fluorescent or chromogenic detection.
