Enter the welcome interface when idea and pycharm are started

IDEA and PyCharm When starting, the latest running project will be opened by default , In the welcome interface, you can select the project you want to open .

1. open PyCharm,File -> Settings
   
2. Click on Appearance & Behavior -> System Settings：
   Check – When starting, directly load the project before the last shutdown
   Don't check – When starting the software, you can create a new project or open an existing project

When it opens again, it is the following page ：
Click on New Project You can create new projects
Click on Open You can open an existing project
