Polyamide-amine (PAMAM) dendrimer-bismuth sulfide composite nanoparticles
Polyamide-amine/bismuth sulfide (PAMAM/Bi2S3) composite nanoparticles with controllable particle size were prepared using polyamide-amine (PAMAM) as a template.High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and other means were used for characterization. The results showed that the PAMAM/Bi2S3 composite nanoparticles prepared with ester group-terminated semi-dendrimer (Gn.5) were relatively uniform in dispersion, small in particle size, andThe particle size can be regulated by adjusting the experimental conditions (such as the type of bismuth source, the end group properties of PAMAM, the concentration of sodium sulfide, the reaction temperature, the ratio of reactants, the generation of PAMAM, etc.).Nanoparticles have no cytotoxicity and can be used in biological fields such as CT contrast agents.
