[root@rhel7 ~]# passwd --stdin rusky    by rusky User set password .

passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.

[root@rhel7 ~]# echo "qwert"

[root@rhel7 ~]# echo "qwert" | passwd --stdin rusky   hold echo Characters returned qwert Set to user rusky Password

It's a simple way , But by history Command can find the user's password , So it's not safe .
