Initialize parameter file
Each start Oracle Will scan the initialization parameter file , There are two kinds of , Static parameter file and dynamic parameter file .
Database start startup nomount; Just start the instance , Don't open any files , It is generally used when creating a database .
startup mount; Start the instance and open the control file .
Use restriction mode when importing and exporting databases ：startup restrict;
Close the database ：shutdown transactional; Wait until all operations are completed before closing .
shutdown immediate; Shut down immediately .
Monitor the database with diagnostic files .
