Solution:
Searching for the solution on the Internet, it turns out that the reason why the local ip could not be accessed was caused by the free WiFi enabled by the computer housekeeper, and it crashed.
Later, in order to ensure the mobile phone and pcIn a network, using 360 WiFi sharing can perfectly solve the problem.
