Look at proxy and https-proxy first

npm config get proxynpm config get https-proxy

If both are null, execute the following

npm config set registry http://registry.cnpmjs.org/npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

Otherwise set null first

npm config set proxy nullnpm config set https-proxy null
