YASKAWA motor servo software sigmawin + cannot be connected to the servo driver

Software version ：SigmaWinPlus_Ver.7.32 (Model Information File Included Version)

YASKAWA motor servo drive debugging software ,SigmaWin+ The software can easily debug the servo driver , However, first-time users may encounter a problem , Install well sigma After software , Use usb Connect the servo driver , Click on “ Connect ” I found that I couldn't connect .

So I went to check usb Connect , You will find computer prompts , The device does not have a driver installed .
You may be confused at this time , Software installed successfully ,usb There's no problem with the connecting cable , The servo driver is also powered on ok, Why can't it be connected ？

There's no need to worry , The problem here is sigma During software installation , There is no automatic installation usb drive , and usb The driver file is in sigma In our installation package .

The specific operation steps are as follows ：

1、 Open device manager

2、 stay other devices YASKAWA equipment found in , double-click

3、 Select the installation package locally , The path is similar to “E:\ download 2021\20210325105643\SigmaWinPlus_Ver.7.32 (Model Information File Included Version)\Driver\USB”

4、 Click OK to install .
