Redhat7 configuration yum

install Redhat The registration information is usually not filled in when the virtual machine , This product is to be purchased , So it can't be used yum Download a software , Configuration required .

1. Get into YUM Define file directory

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/

2. Delete the current yun Source

rm -rf *

3. Create and edit yum file , The suffix must be .repo

vim /etc/yum.repos.d/rhel7.repo

Add the following

[rhel7]
name=rhel7.repo
baseurl=http://mirrors.163.com/centos/7/os/x86_64/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://mirrors.163.com/centos/7/os/x86_64/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-7

4. Check the configuration

yum repolist

5. Update cache

yum clean all Clear cache
yum makecache Create a new cache

Test installation wireshark
