I am used to the stm32 manual, and the Datasheet will directly describe the package information and pin definitions. Suddenly I am a bit unaccustomed to reading NXP's manuals and materials.And the hardware is looking for me for a software package and pin definition, which is a bit outrageous.It took some effort to find the information I needed.

I. Download the data sheet and reference manual

Not the only way, as long as it can be downloaded

Second, find the required package

Press the picture below and go to the official website to search for the document number corresponding to the package
For exampleI searched for a 48Pin package.Open the document as follows.I don't like looking at structural graphics.

Third, find the pin definition

Click to view the document attachment, select the corresponding pin description
For example ISelect K116, then you can see the following
