Introduction of hollow gold-platinum alloy nanocaged core-polyhollow silica shell nanozyme
A hollow gold-platinum alloy nano-cage core hollow silica shell nanozyme, a preparation method and application thereof, and belong to the field of nanomaterials. The invention obtains hollow gold by etching gold-core-platinum-shell nanostructures with potassium chloroplatinateplatinum alloy nanocages; and then using tetraethyl silicate to coat silica on its surface, finally a nanozyme with a round rod-shaped hollow gold-platinum alloy nanocages as the core and a silica shell outside the core is obtained;The length is 80100nm, the diameter is 2025nm; the shell has a 35nm pore. The nanozyme is negatively charged. Through the attraction of positive and negative charges, it can bind to antigens to form nanozyme-labeled antigen complexes for enzyme-linked immunoassay. The present inventionThe nanozyme reduces the cost of natural enzyme-labeled antigen complex reagents, extends the working environment of ELISA, overcomes the shortcomings of natural enzymes such as easy inactivation and variability, and can be widely used in various ELISAs.
