Simulate PL011 serial device

Syntax

vdev pl011 [batch timeout] [delayed seconds|forever] hostdev [<|>]host_device_name[sched priority]

Options

batch timeout

If this option is specified, vdev does not write only one character at a time, but batches output until the specified number of microseconds timeout, and no new characters come in.

delayed seconds|forever

If specified, delays opening the device in the host until it is first referenced by the guest.

If the device is not found in the host, it will keep trying until the timeout specified in seconds.(eg, delayed 5).If seconds is set to 0 (e.g. delayed 0), the device lookup on the host will only be performed once.If the parameter is set to "forever", it means that it will not time out. If the relevant device is not found on the host, it will keep trying to find it until the device is found.

hostdev [<|>]host_device_name

Use host_device_name as character device source or target.
