看啥动作吧，如果是public ip所在网络变更，应该对rac集群本身没啥影响，对应用可能有影响。
如果是private ip的网络变更，可能会影响节点通信，导致节点宕机。停一个节点，也就停了节点间的通信，粗看没啥问题。
