Their thinking : 

1. Binary bit XOR operation is equivalent to the addition of corresponding bits , Don't think about carry
such as ： 1 ^ 1 = 0 ---> 1 + 1 = 0 ( The current bit value is 0, Into one )
1 ^ 0 = 1 ---> 1 + 0 = 1 ( The current bit value is 1)
0 ^ 0 = 0 ---> 0 + 0 = 0 ( The current bit value is 0)
                                
2. The binary bit and operation is equivalent to the carry after adding the corresponding bits
such as ： 1 & 1 = 1 ---> 1 + 1 = 0 ( The value of the current bit is carried into one digit )
1 & 0 = 0 ---> 1 + 0 = 1 ( The value of the current bit does not carry )
0 & 0 = 0 ---> 0 + 0 = 0 ( The value of the current bit does not carry )
                                
3. Add two numbers ： The result of the addition of corresponding binary bits + The result of carry
such as ：3 + 2 --> 0011 + 0010 --> 0011 ^ 0010 + ((0011 & 0010) << 1)
---> (0011 ^ 0010) ^ ((0011 & 0010) << 1), When carried, the result is 0 when , Add up to end
