02 Teach you how to make a Gantt chart step by step, unlocking in four steps!

The first step: create a Gantt chart and customize the interface (requires PC login~)

Log in to Partner Cloud on the computer and create a form first. For newcomers, please refer to hereClickLearn how to create tables

Click Create View in the table and select Gantt View.

Appearance settings: Customize the display content, avatar, and color of the taskbar.

Grouping/filtering/sorting: In the face of multiple tasks, it can be clearly presented.

Step 2: Set dependencies between related tasks

Move the mouse to the right on the task bar, click the small dot and drag to link its associated tasks, you can establish a dependency relationship between multiple tasks.When the previous task time changes, the associated task time automatically changes.

The third step: drag the time, the progress can be changed at any time

Put the mouse on the task bar and drag left and right to change the task time.Modify the task progress in the table, and the progress bar will automatically update.

In the upper right, you can switch between different time dimensions such as week, month, quarter, and year for easy viewing.

Step 4: Set milestones for clearer results

On the weekly/monthly timeline, click any date to create a "milestone" to quickly control the key nodes in the project process.
