The soft exam is held twice a year, one in the first half of the year and one in the second half of the year.The first half of the exam has ended in May.The last soft exam in 2022 will be held on November 5th and 6th, and the registration time will be from the beginning of August to the end of August.

Registration time and notice announcement in the first half of 2022

Registration steps

(1) Registration

Applicants who log in to the registration system for the first time must fill in personal information as required to register.

(2) Real-name authentication

Applicants who log in to the registration system for the first time must undergo real-name authentication, and can register only after passing the real-name authentication.

(3) Upload electronic photos, fill in and submit information

In order to prevent the risk of epidemic prevention and control caused by the movement of people across cities, applicants must choose the city where they work or live during the test to register.

(4) Payment

The registration will be completed when the payment is successful. If the payment is not made within the time limit, the registration will be regarded as abandoned.

(5) Printing of admission ticket

Candidates who have successfully paid online will print the admission ticket within the specified time (9:00 on October 31st - 17:00 on November 4th).

Photo requirements for registration

(1) The uploaded photo must be the candidate's recent frontal bareheaded color ID photo, which must be clear and identifiable. Other photos such as life photos, video captures, and cameras will not be reviewed;

(2) The photo format is jpg, the resolution is 295413, the size is 2.5cm3.5cm, and the size is about 10KB;

(3) The head occupies 2/3 of the size of the photo, with a white background;

(4) The hair on the front of the face should not exceed the eyebrows, and the ears should be exposed. Candidates who wear glasses should wear glasses.

Note: Candidates should use the photo processing tool provided in the registration system to process the photos and upload them.

How to fill in the registration information for the soft exam

The information that needs to be filled in for the soft test registration is divided into 7 parts, namely: registration city, basic information, application information, in-service status, work status, education status, and contact information.Below is a detailed description of how to fill out each section.

1. Registration city (exam area)

The registration city is the city and area you choose to take the test. It is recommended to choose the test area that is close to your current residence, which can save time for commuting during the test and avoid accidents such as being late.If the candidates from different places register for the soft test, they should pay attention to whether the test area allows candidates from other places to take the test.The selection of the test area is not the test center. The test center is allocated by the local Soft Examination Office according to the registration situation of each test area. The specific test center is based on the test location on the admission ticket.

Second, basic information.Contains the following 6 parts:

1. Name: Fill in your real name.

2. Type of ID: It is recommended to select ID card. After filling in, other information will be automatically filled in, so there is no need to fill in again.

3. ID number

4. Gender

5. Date of birth

6. Age

Three, application information.Contains the following 5 parts:

1. Application level: that is, the level of the major you are applying for in the soft examination. For example, the system integration project management engineer belongs to the intermediate level.

2. Qualifications: the professional title you are applying for, such as system integration project management engineer.

3. Application subjects: After selecting the professional name, it will be automatically filled in, such as selecting a system integration project management engineer, and the basic knowledge and application technology will be automatically displayed.

4. Existing professional title: Candidates with professional titles fill in the title name, candidates without professional titles fill in "None".

5. Time for obtaining the professional title: Candidates with professional titles fill in the time when they obtained the professional title, and candidates without professional titles leave it blank.

Four, on-the-job situation

There are three options: on-the-job, in school, and others. Fill in according to your actual situation.If you choose to be in school, you will not need to fill in the content of 5. Work situation.

5. Work situation.Contains the following 3 parts:

1. Work unit: fill in the name of the current work unit.For example, if the on-the-job situation is other, it is currently unemployed or freelance, and the work unit can fill in "none".

2. Working time: Fill in the current working time.If you choose Others for the on-the-job situation, you can fill in the time of participating in the first job or directly fill in the graduation time.

3. Working hours of this major: Refers to the time when you do work related to the major you apply for after graduation. Since there is no limit to the number of working years for the soft examination registration, you can fill in the same as the working hours.

6. Education.Contains the following 7 parts:

1. Graduation school: fill in according to the highest degree of education according to individual circumstances.

2. Major: If there is no major, fill in "None".

3. Graduation time

4. Professional name: If there is no professional, fill in "None".

5. Currently studying/existing education: Fill in the highest education according to personal circumstances.

6.School system

7. Degree: If there is no degree, fill in "None".

7. Contact information.Contains the following 5 parts:

1. Mailing address

4. Landline

5. Postal code

All contact information must be filled in carefully and truthfully, and will be used after the test.

It should be noted that: after the soft test information is filled in and submitted for approval, the registration fee must be paid in time to be considered successful.If the fee is not paid within the specified time, it will be regarded as abandoned and cannot take the soft test.
