Kuaike Electronics is listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange: market value of 8.2 billion, annual revenue of 700 million and fundraising of 560 million

Suzhou Kuike Photovoltaic Electronics Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: "Quake Electronics", stock code: "301278") listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM today.

Kuike Electronics issued 16 million shares at an issue price of 34.84 yuan and raised 557 million yuan.

The opening price of Kuaike Electronics was 90 yuan, an increase of 158% compared with the issue price; the closing price was 128 yuan, an increase of 267.4% over the issue price; based on the closing price, the market value of Kuaike Electronics was 8.193 billion yuan.

Annual revenue of 736 million

Kuike Electronics is a company specializing in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of intelligent protection and electrical connection solutions for new energy systems. Its products include photovoltaic electrical protection junction boxes, photovoltaic connectors and cables, energy storage connectors and cables, electric vehicles.Charging system, outdoor precision waterproof connector, industrial automation connector system.

Quick Electronics has three factories located in Suzhou, Huai'an and Vietnam's Bac Giang Yunzhong Industrial Zone.

The prospectus shows that Kuike Electronics' revenue in 2019, 2020, and 2021 will be 353 million yuan, 503 million yuan, and 736 million yuan, respectively;

The revenue of Kuike Electronics in the first quarter of 2022 was 248 million yuan, an increase of 101.71% over the 123 million yuan in the same period of the previous year; the net profit was 20.87 million yuan, an increase of 85.43% over the 11.25 million yuan in the same period of the previous year.

The revenue of Kuike Electronics in the first half of 2022 is 510 million to 550 million, an increase of 62.64% to 75.4% compared with the same period in 2021; the net profit is 40 million to 45 million yuan, an increase of 43.84% to61.82%, mainly because the photovoltaic industry is still in the stage of rapid development and the demand is strong.

Duan Zhenggang and Hou Yanli are the actual controllers

The actual controllers of Kuike Electronics are Duan Zhenggang and Hou Yanli.

Before the IPO, Duan Zhenggang held 63.63% of the shares and was the chairman and general manager of the company. Hou Yanli served as a director and did not hold any shares.

Wang Xinlin holds 20.87%, Suzhou Juneng holds 3%, and Chengdu Fuende Xingyu holds 12.5%.

After the IPO, Duan Zhenggang holds 47.72% of the shares, Wang Xinlin holds 15.66%, Suzhou Juneng holds 2.25%, and Chengdu Fuende Xingyu holds 9.37%.
