Motivation

I thought it would be easy to configure an R environment, but I still encountered some pitfalls in matching it up. I will record it here for the convenience of future people.
This tutorial is to configure Anaconda + R4.1.3 + Pycharm, because I used python a lot before, and later found that pycharm can also be used to write R, so I tossed it.

Steps

1. Install anaconda:
   By default, everyone has anaconda on their computer, so I won't go into details. For those who don't have it, I search on Baidu, and there are many tutorials.
2. anaconda installs version 4.1.3 of r-base:
   This is a big hole, online tutorials let you directly conda install r-base=4.0.3 or condainstall r-base=4.1.3.But you run this command directly conda can't find this package.conda only installs version 3.0 of R by default.
   Solution:

   conda create --name r4-baseconda activate r4-baseconda install -c conda-forge r-baseconda install -c conda-forge/label/gcc7 r-base

3. Pycharm install R Language for IntelliJ plugin
   
4. Then select R of conda in Interpreter
   

version issues

1. The Pycharm plugin should only support R versions 3.4-4.1.3, and the 3.3 version installed by default in anaconda will report an error directly.And the latest version 4.2 of the official website cannot open the console in pycharm... So please follow the steps above, so that the installed version is 4.1.3 and there will be no problems.
