Introduction to GB39707-2020

• This standard is applicable to pollution control and environmental management of existing medical waste treatment and disposal facilities, environmental impact assessment of new medical waste treatment and disposal facilities construction projects,Design and construction, completion acceptance, pollution discharge permit management, and pollution control and environmental management during operation after completion;
• This standard does not apply to treatment and disposal facilities that co-process medical waste.
