取消远程依赖，用本地依赖

意思就是说不用远程的sdk，而是把sdk下载到本地，和项目在同一目录，然后取消原来引用的远程sdk，使用本地的sdk
上面是项目的根目录下的settings.gradle
然后再在项目引用的库中的build.gradle中
同时把之前引用的远端的语句注释掉
这样就可以在本地使用这个库了，不用再在比如github上面导入了
