测试结果居然效率二者不一样。u=500;while(u--);慢一些。执行一次用时2300ns。后者快一些,1900ns。
测试方法:连续执行100000次,统计平均时间。

cpu: intel core2 4300 1.8GHz
OS: x86_64-suse-linux
使用GCC。版本:4.5.0 20100604.
