Transformers implementation for Fall 2021 Clinic

Overview

Installation

  1. Download miniconda3 if not already installed
    1. You can check by running typing conda in command prompt.
  2. Use conda to create an environment running python=3.5
    1. conda create --name clinic python=3.5
  3. Activate the conda environment and install pip
    1. conda activate clinic
    2. conda install pip
  4. cd into the project folder and install requirements
    1. pip install -r requirements.txt
    2. pip install biopython-1.76-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64

Usage

Start the clinic conda environment and cd into the src folder. Then run:

python main.py

There should now be a grad_cam.jpg file in the current directory.
