IDEA中xml文件头报错：URI is not registered (Settings | Languages ＆ Frameworks | Schemas and DTDs）

有时候在 IDEA 中配置 spring 文件时会出现这个错误 URI is not registered (Settings | Languages & Frameworks | Schemas and DTDs)

中文翻译就是统一资源标识符没有注册，如下图：

下面那个确实能消除报错：但是配置文件中编写将不会存在代码提示。
这个是我看的另一个博客，可以达到更好效果。目前还不知道两者的区别，后期可能会完善。

解决方法：
（1）File > Settings > Languages & frameworks > Schemas and DTDs
点击下面的 +

（2）输入有问题的 dtd 值

（3）Apply > OK
