VS2010: devenv.sln solution save dialog appears

Problem description:

When opening a VS2010 project, it prompts to save "devenv.sln"

 

Solution:

Found file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\MSEnv\vslauncher.exe

Right-click to set "Compatibility" -> "Run this program as an administrator"
