1 Running RTL ANALYSIS (open Elaborate Design) crashes

Crash when using Vivado2019.2 RTL ANALYSIS (open Elaborate Design).

  1. The project has no Chinese path
  2. A license is also added

Finally found that computer name can't use Chinese!!!!

2 Synthesis failed, but message did not show error

The same reason as above: The computer name cannot be in Chinese
