看见技术讨论群里面突然讲到阿拉伯联合酋长国不用交税，以前没听说过，于是去百度了一下，还真是，顺便看看全球那些国家不交税，是什么支撑着这种体制。
在世界地图上面找了半天的阿拉伯联合酋长国，和沙特阿拉伯接壤。
