昆腾全双工数字无线收发芯片KT1605/KT1606/KT1607/KT1608适用对讲机方案

[天惠微科技](http://www.audiowin.cn)采用的昆腾全双工全双工UHF数字收发芯片KT1605/KT1606/KT1607/KT1608是一款高集成度的收发芯片,工作在55MHz~960MHz频段,电压范围为2.0~3.6V,温度范围为-30℃~85℃。改组芯片接收灵敏度小于-95db,音频动态范围大于110db,频响20~20Khz。其工作模式有运行模式、关机模式、半睡眠模式三种。工作模式下小于70ma(CPU:192MHZ CDD:3.3V)下面重点说下其数字辅助通道和收发切换功能(全双工模式)。
数字辅助通道功能
KT1605/KT1606/KT1607/KT1608提供数字辅助通道功能,他可以定义特定的信息并且和音频信号一起传输,数字辅助通道的载波频道可通过设置寄存器来选择开启或关闭。
数字辅助信道有两种应用模式
循环模式:这种模式下最多有4个内部寄存器的数据,被传输的寄存器数量可以通过设置来确定。
突发模式:这个模式下传输数据为突发的寄存器的值,每次改变突发模式寄存器的值,新的数据都将被发送一次。
收发切换(全双工模式)
KT1605/KT1606/KT1607/KT1608集成低噪音放大器和射频放大器,同时还集成了音频ADC和音频达成,具备收发切换功能。
KT1605/KT1606/KT1607/KT1608可以进行TX和RX的双向通信,列如RX可以发送频段信息和设备信息传输给发射芯片,发射芯片可以根据接收芯片的信息做相应的处理,并返回给接收芯片,同时接收芯片根据接收到的数据做相应处理。

其他功能
KT1605/KT1606/KT1607/KT1608除了上述所说的数字辅助信道功能和全双工模式外,还具有数字音频输入输出接口、发射功率可调、调制宽带可调、自动频率控制(AFC)可配置的自动静音功能、自动睡并支持音频唤醒、智能对频智能选频、开机双向对频避开干扰、内置电池电压检测报警电路、上位机UART通信。
