我正在做Flask开发。我希望能够在内存中缓存一部分数据库的数据并定时更新，因为每次从数据库重新获取太慢了。但是我没有找到在整个Flask中（包括所有请求，session，线程，进程）共享数据的办法。请问如何做到这点？
