Introduction of water-soluble alloy quantum dot nanozyme
Pt-Co alloy nanoparticles of different proportions with a particle size of about 4 nm were synthesized by hydrothermal method, which were supported on the surface of commercial CdS as a cocatalyst.It was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), energy dispersive analysis (EDS) and other techniques.The results show that the Pt-Co alloy is indeed synthesized and supported well.Under the condition of simulating sunlight, the sample was tested for its hydrogen production performance by visible light splitting water. The results showed that the hydrogen production performance was the best when n(Pt)∶n(Co)=3∶1, which was 1 049 μmol/h, and the photon quantum efficiency reached 1000 μmol/h.36%, which is equivalent to the performance of pure platinum.
